All products sold on this website are digital products (PDF documents and downloadable files). Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email within a few minutes. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or spam filters.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased content for your own personal purposes.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are final. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If you are purchasing as a VAT-registered business in the EU, you are responsible for handling your own VAT obligations.
Important notice for EU/EEA consumers: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered, where the consumer has given prior express consent to begin delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you expressly confirm that: (a) you request immediate delivery of the digital content, and (b) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
This acknowledgment is recorded at the time of purchase. If this confirmation is not provided, delivery will not commence until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
This means: once you have accessed or downloaded your digital product, refunds are not available, except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable mandatory law.
