Refund Policy

All products sold on this website are digital products (downloadable PDF files and documents) sold by Jiří Horský, Kutná Hora, Czech Republic. Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, our refund policy reflects the nature of these products and applicable EU consumer law.

Our General Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered to your email address.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as permitted for digital content delivered with prior consent.

This is standard practice for digital products under EU law and is clearly communicated at the point of checkout.

Refunds are NOT available when:

You have accessed, downloaded, or received your digital product and the content has been delivered as described. This includes cases where you simply changed your mind, did not use the product, or did not achieve the results you hoped for — as individual results naturally vary.

Refunds ARE available in the following cases:

Technical failure: You paid successfully but never received your download link and it could not be resolved within 48 hours despite contacting us
Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error
Wrong product delivered: You received a product fundamentally different from what was described and purchased
Mandatory legal rights: Any situation where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law that cannot be waived

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, email us at horsky.ai@gmail.com with:

Your full name
The email address used at checkout
Your order number or payment reference
A clear description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with full documentation of delivery and your consent at checkout. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Ceska obchodni inspekce) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are committed to fair treatment and will always try to resolve any issue reasonably before formal proceedings become necessary.
